The Greater Gadsden Housing Authority has contracted the grass cutting in all communities to private contractors. The contractor will start cutting grass sometime in March 2023 and will continue through October 31, 2023.  This cutting season will be cutting once each week if needed. Please pick up items from your yard including toys, furniture, trash, etc. All residents, children, and visitors will need to stay away from mowers and weed eaters while they are in use.  Should any damage to vehicles, property, or injuries to person(s) caused by cutting/trimming equipment occur you MUST notify the contractor (phone numbers listed below) cutting in your community.  The contractor will fill out an accident report and provide a copy to the GGHA and take steps to resolve the claim.  Should the contractor not resolve the accident claim within 10 days of the occurrence, the resident MUST report the accident to the Maintenance Supervisor at 547-2505.
