NSPIRE Inspections – Colley Homes & Starnes Park

RESIDENTS OF: Colley Homes and Starnes Park                         8/15/2024

  • August 26, 2024, through Friday August 30, 2024, GGHA Maintenance Employees and a NSPIRE inspector(s) may be entering your apartment to conduct required NSPIRE inspections.
  • GGHA employees will continue doing inspections and making repairs prior to the Official NSPIRE Inspections
  • Ensure that all animals in your unit are in a cage if you will not to be home during these inspection dates.
  • See prior July 24, 2024, notice for more detail.

Notice was placed on the front door of all units on 8/15/2024 and has been posted in your rental office, the central office, GGHA Web page and Facebook page.

NOTICE

RESIDENTS OF: Colley Homes and Starnes Park                         7/25/2024

Beginning on Monday, July 29, 2024, the GGHA Maintenance Department will be entering your unit to perform our annual PHAS inspection, annual maintenance inspections, and prepare for the REAC inspections that will start on Monday August 26, 2024.  A separate notice will be delivered to your unit reminding you of the date of the REAC inspection.  You do not have to be home for our inspections.  Animals must be kept with you during the GGHA inspection as well as the REAC inspection.  If you are not home during these inspections, animals must be kept in a kennel.  GGHA employees will leave a notice if we have entered your unit, and you are not home.  We appreciate your cooperation with both inspections.
